Nadia Cameron, MD
CEO - Medical Director
Dr. Cameron received her medical degree from Loma Linda University in California. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at a program in Orlando, Florida. Since then, she has practiced in both primary care and urgent care settings across Alabama and Georgia.
In addition to her medical training, Dr. Cameron holds a master’s degree in Nutrition. She has a strong interest in patient education and the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease.
Dr. Cameron is committed to helping her patients achieve their highest quality of life. She believes in taking the time to care for the whole person, with a strong emphasis on prevention, wellness, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
Tonita Washington DNP, FNP-BC
CEO - Provider Manager
Dr. Washington is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing as a primary care provider in family medicine since 2010. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University School of Nursing in 2009 and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Alabama in 2013. Prior to her nursing education, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clark Atlanta University.
Dr. Washington has developed extensive experience in internal medicine, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, chronic pain management, geriatrics, and weight management.
Dr. Washington is a compassionate provider and a dedicated advocate for her patients, committed to delivering thoughtful, comprehensive care across all stages of life.
Outside of caring for her patients, Dr. Washington enjoys dancing, traveling, and staying active outdoors.
Roshni Patel NP, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner Patel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University. She brings diverse clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and family practice.
Nurse Practitioner Patel is passionate about preventive health and overall wellness. She takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach, helping each patient feel heard, understood, and supported. Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, she enjoys connecting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and providing care tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of work, Nurse Practitioner Patel enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her husband and two boys.
